There are stories of encounters with winged humanoid beings all throughout history up to present day. Are these supposed angels actually extraterrestrial NHI (non-human intelligence) and if so, what was their role and involvement with the evolution of the human species on Earth?
Pictured is a character from a graphic novel series I wrote and illustrated called Twilight Lady. Known only as the Nameless Lady in the Hood, she carries a reputation across the realms as a goddess of divine justice and vengeance. The character was partially inspired by Nemesis from Greek mythology who, very interestingly, was portrayed as an angelic-looking woman who wielded a sword.
The Sumerian gods or Annunaki were often portrayed as having wings. In her 2022 book The Seeders, Elena Danaan writes about an ET race called the Elarthians who are described as winged humanoids with swords who have visited Earth in the past and been mistaken for angels.
